My husband and I had been considering permanent outdoor lighting for almost a year and researched the different lighting manufacturers. It was a quick decision that if we were going to do it and spend the money, Oelo Lighting was the only … More option worth it - with having the best warranty, light hours, fire rating, etc.Once I found out about Shadowstone Home Services being a dealer/installer of Oelo Lighting in the DFW area and called, I was immediately in contact with the owner, Jacob and Pablo. Pablo came out the very next day to get specific measurements. He was very knowledgeable about the product and offered advice/suggestions on what would look best with the style of our house. Since I was unsure which tracks to choose, Jacob created a video specific to my questioning from their office answering my questions and showing me the difference in the sizing and looks of the tracks.From the day we decided to move forward to the day they were installed was just a week and a half which included the shipping and receiving of the products to their office.I was very pleased with the communication I had with Jacob, Pablo, and Sterling throughout the whole process, especially install day. The lights look amazing and I couldn’t be happier - lots of compliments from the neighbors, too. THANK YOU to the guys that helped us out with our dog! My dog ran out of our house and of course barked at the guys working on their installation. One guy tried to pet her and she took off so fast, and I think Pablo, ran after her and didn’t … More stop! Then another guy came and started to go after her and then he took off running.
